I appreciated spending time here. Everything was perfect and the view was absolutely gorgeous. Great and fab location in the old town area was a plus. Moreover, it's near to Santa Catalina, and the bus stop to the beach. Overall the service was terrific. Besides, there was parking nearby.

The check-in was efficient and the atmosphere was COMFORTABLE overall. The pool with the sea view was incredible. Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a Gothic Roman Catholic cathedral was marvellous and brilliant.

I stayed in the Junior Suite with 3 adults. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a small balcony. The pool area (especially on the roof top) was really nice (although a little crowded) with great views. Location was excellent for walking into the main areas of Palma (including the Cathedral) and only a 6 Euro taxi to the main night-life at the marina area

Perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms. Jazz club was excellent!!
Very very limited seating / lying area around the pool (rooftop). Ground floor pool and seating area mostly in shade!

We were very happy with our choice of hotel. It was very comfortable, the reception staff were excellent and we were very well looked after. We were very happy with the location of our standard room. We were glad that we had chosen to have the breakfast which was an extra. The staff in the dining room were locals, had obviously been there for years and were very welcoming. The location was excellent being close to sea, shops and cultural centres. We would definitely use it again and soon.

Classy hotel located right next to the best shopping district in palma. Two swimming pools, one on the roof with amazing views over the harbour and towards the cathedral. Perfect for a break where both relaxation and sight-seeing are sought!
The roof terrace pool area was quite small and space for sun-loungers limited. Unfortunately a few selfish guests would 'reserve' the sunbeds by placing their towels over them first thing in the morning, then disappear until midday. This could be improved by the hotel employing a fair usage policy for the sun-loungers.

Great service from especially reception, bar and hotel cleaning. Very good breakfast and location. Good food overall.
The terass felt a bit small, especially with kids. Could be nice with some sun beds by the pool on the first floor as well (in addition to the ones next to the restaurant where you serve breakfast)

Amazing Stay
The rooftop pool was a total highlight. This spot offered fine views of the city and was great. Breakfast was great, with fresh pastries, a full hot cooked breakfast station, and even cava on tap. The room was spacious and cozy, with a nice balcony to take in the surroundings.

We were made very welcome at this hotel - it was out first visit to Palma, the hotel is in a perfect position, quiet, central, clean, all that I require when I go away for a break. The staff especially the porter were courteous and helpful, good food and bar. If I had to say anything against it the pool area is quite small so therefore not suitable for a young family but a younger family would prefer to be nearer the sea, so from my point of view the pool area was quiet and relaxing just a bit of a squeeze on the sunbeds. I thought the hotel very near perfect.
Sun lounge area by pool is small

The hotel has an excellent location, everything is nearby. The hotel was very clean and everything was working properly. Reception staff very cordial and helpful.Breakfast was very nice.
We stayed 4 nights and the bedlinen was not changed during our stay. There needs to be more parasols in the lower pool area in particular. Selection and quality of cereals need to be improved. We were dissappointed with the Piano bar. It was too bright and while it doubles as a restaurant it really fails to make the grade as either a bar or a restautant.

Excellent hotel with great amenities like the rooftop pool, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff kindly returned my forgotten hairbrush. I'm excited to come back next year!

Friendly staff, excellent roof-top pool and bar. Good location - not too noisy for a central location.
Noisy children in the pool! Fortunately there's a second pool.
